The HADO Open Tournament is a monthly UK ranking tournament series hosted throughout 2026 at HADO Arena Coventry, welcoming teams from across the country to compete in official, sanctioned HADO competition.

This tournament is open to all teams and skill levels and follows a team-based format, with each team consisting of 3–6 players. Entry is priced per team, making it accessible for both established clubs and emerging competitive teams.

All HADO Open Tournaments contribute to the HADO Ranking Points (HRP) system, allowing teams to build their position on the national leaderboard:

• 1 HRP is awarded for participating in a sanctioned tournament
  
• 3 HRP are awarded for each match won

The ranking year is divided into seasonal phases:

• Spring Season: January–April (Spring Cut in April)
  
• Summer Season: May–August (Summer Cup in August)
  
• National Season: September–December, culminating in the National Championship in December

Seasonal Cup events (Spring Cut, Summer Cup, and National Championship) are invite-only, with free entry awarded to the top 8 ranked teams on the leaderboard at the cut-off point.

The HADO Open Tournament series provides a clear competitive pathway, rewarding consistency, performance, and long-term progression within the UK HADO competitive scene.
