Booking process

    • Please ensure you complete your session and return your equipment by the end of your booking time, so that the next group can start on time. Should the start of the session be delayed by issues relating to the client no extra time will be added at the end of the session.
    Should any situation occur that prevents the event starting on time, such as equipment failure or staffing issues we will attempt to add the lost time to the end of the session. Should we not be in a position to provide the lost time at the end of the booking period we will refund an amount in line with the lost time.
  • When rentinng a court without a coach the operation of the arena will be the responsibility of the client

    Should there be any issues with HADO equipment please inform staff immediately
  • Any repair costs due to intentional damage will be charged to the customer.

    Please be aware, unsuitable usage of HADO equipment could result in asking you to leave.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 4 days in advance inccurs no penalty.

  • Less than 4 days notice will inccur a 50% cancellation fee, Less than a day will inccur a 100% cancellation fee
